For a bug, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you did just before it happened.
Focus blocking uses Apple's Screen Time, which needs permission before it can do anything. Open iOS Settings › Screen Time and confirm Tempo is allowed, then open Tempo and start a session again. Blocking only applies to the apps you selected in your focus profile.
That's Strict Focus doing its job — it's designed so you can't quit early from inside the app. The session ends on its own when the timer runs out. If you need out sooner, remove Tempo's Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.
Check that iCloud sync is turned on in Tempo's settings, that both devices are signed into the same Apple Account, and that iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings. Sync runs in the background and can take a moment to catch up after a change.
Open the paywall from Settings › Tempo Premium and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the Apple Account you purchased with. If it still doesn't unlock, email me and include the Apple Account you used.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Tempo. Go to iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tempo, and cancel there. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
On your device, and in your own private iCloud account if you turn sync on. I can't see it. See the Privacy Policy for the detail, including the one feature that sends text off your device.
Yes — Settings › Export Data, which is a Premium feature. It sends a copy of your tasks to an email address you choose.
